Canadian Roots Radio Receives Music From Stony Plain Records @StonyPlainRec

Canadian Roots Radio has received some noteworthy music from Stony Plain Records.

Stony Plain is a highly-prestigious label and so we’re naturally excited with this new addition. We’ve been able to add titles from Ian Tyson, Harry Manx, Corb Lund, Monkey Junk and many, many more outstanding artists.

This music will complement the extraordinary collection of music we have previously received from BorealisBusted Flat, The OCFF drop-box program, Winterfolk Creative Director Brian Gladstone,  publicists including LW CommunicationsJen FritzBig Bold SunSara French Publicity, Jane Eamon, Speak Music, Sugar Moon MusicJoelle MaySix Shooter Records, and, of course, directly from musicians themselves.

You can listen through our website, Canadianrootsradio, com, TuneIn.com, and iTunes Radio (Adult Contemporary).

Stony Plain is a record company based in Edmonton, Alberta. The label specializes in what its founder calls roots music: Contemporary music with roots in the past that stands on its own, but which influences almost all the pop music you hear around you.

In His Own Words: Larry Dean’s #CanadianRootsRadio #TheBlend

Larry Dean, https://www.facebook.com/larryduckman, In His Own Words,

I’m the lead singer for the Stranger Creek Band and some night’s you wonder why you put your self through the bother of practicing, setting up the sound, tearing it down, packing it up, the long drive back home, just to unload and do it all over again. Then you start the first song and you see all these people dancing to your music, laughing and reminiscing about the good times, and you know there is nothing else you’d rather do …..

Yours In Radio,

~Jim
